About this church
Calvary Chapel Hanford began in 1985 and is led by pastor Gene Pensiero. The church teaches through books of the Bible chapter by chapter and verse by verse. Sunday worship combines hymns and contemporary songs, with two services that share the same content and format. Children's classes serve nursery through fifth grade, while alternative seating areas let families remain together. Wednesday gatherings include an early men's Bible study and an evening service with worship, teaching and prayer.
