First Presbyterian Church in Eutaw is a congregation of the Presbyterian Church in America. Organized in 1824 as Mesopotamia Presbyterian Church, it moved to its present site in 1851 and adopted its current name. The historic Greek Revival sanctuary stands at Main Street and Wilson Avenue and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.
